Verurteilung des neuen Leitfadens der EU gegenüber Israel

Sehr geehrte Frau Ashton,

sehr geehrte Frau Merkel,

sehr geehrter Herr Lammert,

sehr geehrte Damen u. Herren Abgeordnete

Wir, die Unterzeichnenden, verurteilen den neuen Leitfaden der EU, der israelische Bürger, Institutionen und Firmen, die in den „besetzten Gebieten“ ansässig sind, von zukünftigen Verträgen mit der EU explizit ausschließt und allen Mitgliedsstaaten verbietet, mit israelischen Einrichtungen in diesen zusammenzuarbeiten oder sie in irgendeiner Form zu unterstützen. Dies trifft insbesondere auch die Universität in Ariel, an der auch arabische Studenten – 2011 waren es 600 - eine fundierte Ausbildung erhalten, sehr hart.

Zudem werden zuallererst ca. 20 % der dort ansäßigen arabischen Bevölkerung durch diese EU-Richtlinie getroffen, da diese in jüdischen Siedlungen arbeitet.

Israel könnte seine Produktionsstätten ins sogenannte Kernland verlegen; die Zahl der pal. Arbeitslosen wird somit aber enorm steigen, was wiederum Hass erzeugt. Sieht so die Friedenspolitik der EU aus?

Millionen fließen ungeprüft – sie könnten auch sofort auf die Konten von PLO-Politikern überwiesen werden – seitens der EU an palästinensische Organisationen; Israel wird jedoch sanktioniert und geächtet.

Statt dafür zu sorgen, dass die Palästinenser wieder an den Verhandlungstisch zurückkehren und Israel endlich ein Existenzrecht einräumen, wird hier der Graben noch tiefer getrieben.

Was uns insbesondere traurig, aber auch zornig macht, ist die Tatsache, dass dieser Leitfaden nur wirksam wird, weil Deutschland kein Veto eingelegt hat.

Wir, die Unterzeichnenden, fordern von Ihnen die Zurücknahme dieser 2014 in Kraft tretenden rassistischen u. diskriminierenden Richtlinie!

Condemnation of the new code of practice of the EU towards Israel

Dear Mrs. Ashton,

dear Mrs. Merkel,

dear Mr. Lammert,

dear Sir and Madam delegates.

We, the signatories, condem the new code of practice of the EU which will explicit ban Israeli citizen, institutions and companies, who are resident at the „occupied territorys“

of prohibit specifically making future contracts with the EU and forbid all member states

to work together with Israeli facilities from this areas or to support them in any form.

In particular it will strike very hard the University of Ariel, where also Arabic student receive a established education - 600 arabic students where there in 2011.

Also in particular this EU principles will strike first about 20% of the Arabic resident population who live in this areas and work in Jewish colonies.

Israel could move the production facility‘s to the so-called heartland, but the result would be a very high unemployment figure among the Arabic population and that would produce more hate.

Is that the way policy of peace looks like in the eyes of the EU?

On the part of the EU million of dollars flows uncontrolled to Palestinian organisations - actually they could transfer the money straight to the accounts of PLO-politicians - but it‘s

Israel which gets sanctioned and outlawed.

Insteed to look that the Palestinians take a step to come back to the negotiating table and

finally except the constitution of Israel and there right to exist - they cut the roadside ditch

deeper and deeper.

In particular it makes us very sad - but also angry - that in fact this new code of practise comes into effect because Germany didn‘t file a veto.

We, the signatories, demand from you the revocation of this racist and discriminate policies which will come into force in 2014!
