More things for the EU-Store

For a long time now, I have been a huge Swiftie, and every time a new countdown begins, I’m filled with excitement, spending hours on the site. I keep refreshing the page like crazy, but in the end, there’s nothing left for me. I get so excited, only to never have the chance to actually buy anything. This is not only disappointing for me, but also for many other fans who experience the same situation.

The EU store of Taylor Swift stands in stark contrast to the US store, especially when it comes to limited editions. While in the US limited editions sometimes remain available for hours, they are often sold out in the EU store within just two minutes. Additionally, the checkout process frequently comes with problems — the site often crashes or faces other technical difficulties. This causes enormous frustration for many European fans.

Many fans regularly complain that the EU market is being neglected. A global superstar like Taylor Swift should be able to provide her international fans with the same service and the same range of merchandise as her US fans.

It is time for the EU store to be improved — both in the quantity and the quality of the products available. This could easily be achieved by increasing production numbers or by specifically expanding the selection in the EU store. The technical infrastructure should also be improved to ensure a smoother checkout process.

Let’s demand more fairness in the Taylor Swift EU store together! A fair and functional store for all European fans should be the goal.
