Antrag an den Europäischen Gerichtshof bezüglich Rumänien

Diese Petition muss erfolgreich sein. Ein für allemal: Schluss mit diesen unglaublichen Verbrechen an schutzbedürftigen Mitgeschöpfen.

Das ist ein Verbrechen an der Schöpfung Gottes!!
Es ist kein "Straßenhundproblem", sondern ein "Haushundeproblem"!! Die Kastraktionsaktionen, die u.a. auch von Schweizern, Österreichern und Deutschen, dank zahlreicher Spenden, vorgenommen werden sind von größter Bedeutung! Ich kann nur hoffen, dass dies von den Geldern der EU in Rumänien weiter verfolgt wird!! Und ein Dankeschön an alle Rumäninnen und Rumänen, die dieses Massaker nicht mit tragen!!!

Das erinnert mich an vor 70 Jahren, nur damals waren es Menschen und heute sind es Tiere, aber das ist auch Leben

Es ist erschreckend wie die Gesetze willkürlich angewandt werden. Die Macht der Politiker ist zu gross. Jedes Lebewesen hat ein recht zu leben. Niemandem steht zu ein Lebewesen zu massakrieren. Rumänien löst nicht das Strassenhundeproblem, sondern züchtet gewaltätige Menschen.

Mass killing is simply not the answer and is totally unacceptable in the civilized world of today.

MASS NEUTERING is the only LONG TERM solution for the decrease of the stray dogs phenomenon, as it aims to the source of the problem.

The law no. 258/2013, just adopted, regarding the mass killing of dogs, is against the provisions of the European Convention ratified by Romania, it clearly contradicts the European norms regarding animal protection, it is contrary to all the conclusions of the studies performed by specialized institutions as the World Health Organization (WHO, Geneva) that concluded that dog slaughter has no result on the dog population in the street, it is contrary to all conclusions and results deriving from the mass euthanasia and killings in Romania, it is contrary to all results obtained in Oradea, Lugoj, Cernavoda and in other countries where “catch, neuter and return” lead to the almost complete eradication of the strays situation.

The law regarding the mass euthanasia destroys morality, human dignity, it gravely affects the physical and pshycological welfare of the society and it denies the constitutional right to physical and pshycological integrity.

We ask the President, the Government, the Sanitary Veterinary National Authority, the City Halls to show morality, wisdom and common sense and to prevent the implementation of a monstrous law, not dignified for the present century and which will not lead to the resolving of the problem.

We ask the European Commission, European Parliament to have a decisive and strong position and to make use of any legislative possibilities in order to stop the massacre of the dogs in Romania.Madams and Sirs,

es sollten alle tötungsstationen in sämtlichen ländern sofort geschlossen werden. es kann nicht sein das tiere wie schwerverbrecher in widrigen gefängnissen grundlos inhaftiert werden, ohne etwas begangen zu haben, ohne verurteilt worden zu sein und nach 14 tagen frist hingerichtet zu werden. auch kleine unschuldige welpen von 3 monaten! wer recht spricht sollte wissen das das unrecht zuerst zu beseitigen ist und das ist grosses unrecht was dem planeten erde und den tieren hier widerfährt, durch einen menschen der weder seine macht noch seine befugnisse im sinne der kosmischen und göttlichen gesetze anwendet sondern im sinne des geldes seine rechte als mensch weitgehendst auf das übelste missbraucht. alle tötungsstationen abschaffen und alle gewalttäter und anstifter juristisch bestrafen - das ist unmenschlich und ein verbrechen was hier passiert!!!

Es kann nicht sein,das Hunde massenhaft bestialisch getötet werden und das in der Eu.Was sind das für Menschen(kann man sie überhaupt noch so nennen?)Warum macht die Eu nichts?Sonst wird für jeden Mist was gemacht.Aber das sind ja NUR TIERE!
